Box Tubes: The Building Block

Most of an FRC robot is aluminum box tube.

  • Strong, light, and easy to work with
  • Sized by cross-section in inches: 1x1, 2x1, 2x2
  • 2x1 with a 1/16 in (0.0625) wall is the everyday default
